"It took them almost 2 years to open the gym, and now that they finally did, it’s only open during office hours. So if you work Monday-Friday you’ll never be able to actually use the gym. They said they would be putting in a key fob entry for after hours, but the gym has been open a couple of months now and still is only open during office hours. It’s so incredibly frustrating. I truly don’t understand what the hold up is."

"My mom and I live here and the property is very calm for how big it is. Parking isn't a hassle and I love that they have a lot of amenities to use! I've seen that their gym is almost completed and my mom and I super excited to use it. Victoria has been the person that deals with my mom the most and she's been nothing, but helpful and kind to us. I also want to give a shout out to maintenance as well for always completing work orders on time (Mile, Alex, Isaiah, and Carlito)!"

"I could have chosen another apartment. With the location and cost of living this was affordable. Its an apartment in a semi okay area. Nothing is going to be perfect. I have a roof over my head, electricity, and water. Abbie in the office has been nothing, but helpful and kind. I understand she has a job to do and that they have to go by property management. Other than that its a lot better than my last apartment."

"This is one of the most scenic complex’s to walk around in with great pools and beautiful willow style trees. The front office team is one of the kindest always there to quickly assist anyone who comes in. Special recognition to Abbie for taking care of me and my various packages deliveries!"

"Looks good at first glance, but apartments aren't only roach infested but homeless infested, I had 2 cars broken into, and property management said its not their issue file a police report. idk how 1500 for a 1 bed is justified in these conditions they try to sell you on their amenities, but the gym they promised has been under construction for about a year now. The pools are not maintained (homeless favorite spot in the summer), there is no working gate and only 1 entrance. Anyone can just walk in and out, and on that note, there is no safe exit walking out of the apartments you essentially need to walk out the way you drove in. I've tried talking to Management but they do not care about anything but their bottom line, taking your money. Also, the light posts surrounding the property are corroded at the base and falling over. Carports are flimsy and will fall onto your vehicle when windy I've seen in other comments here Management will wash their hands of that problem too"
