"The last manager was so F’in rude didn’t care about any household problems as far as electric , and washer and dryer problems took about 3 months with no help . Ever since this new lady CECE has took over she has been handling everything professionally and in a timely fashion. She needs to be made permanent manager for this apts . I watched her stop a fight and now the two people are friends . The last lady wouldn’t of done anything but walked away."
"Royal palms has a new manager and maintenance and they are doing awesome. They are getting all the issues done that previous owners and managers didn't do. I'm excited to see all the new upgraded units. Happy to see the new management team that took over this month. The place is looking alot cleaner and they even got the lighting up and running throughout the community. Great job, I feel safe thank you."
