"Lived here for years. Places are out dated and falling apart. Renewing lease is asking way to much for how little they have kept up with. Towards the end things were braking and there excuse is maintenance can't come in to fix it cause of Covid. I understand Covid but if I'm not home why can't you come in to fix it? You are told you can't have certain things on your patio yet everyone else is allowed to have these things with no consequence. If you ask they let you know they can evict you for not following the policy but if you just do it without asking and it gets pointed out they do nothing. If you want to give Cali money for town homes that were built in the 80's with very....very little upkeep. Bare minimum upkeep. All staff on the property is friendly. The upgrades they show look nice but it literally is just a coat of marble paint over the counters and some better trim. Don't fall for the photos."

"Complex / property is a little old, needs maintenance from time to time, but very affordable for a condo / Townhouse. Not too far from gym, dining spots, hospital, grocery store, and if you're a catholic, St Rafael Church is only a walking distance. Friendly staff. Props to Michelle and Gerald for their amazing work, professionalism and friendly attitude :) So far so good, (4+ years resident)"

"Overall this is a very, very nice place to live, peaceful, and near it all. There are some things that did not work for me, I missed my prior city, and the constant rent increase had me decide to move. However, that is preference nothing bad against the complex. The two story level has a lot of non live-able space in the quoted Square footage with three outside patio or balcony areas. Meh, I prefer inside space but it might work for you. This could be misleading if you are moving in without first seeing the place. They have no model to look at here. It is still a pretty good size though and the outlay is unique. You have a Harry Potter room under the stairs for more storage and small extra stairway storage space in the second bedroom. With that said though, the kitchen is a huge issue. You can not open the dishwasher and stand in the kitchen at the same time. You can not add furniture/storage/hutch or a moveable island because the entry way is too narrow. Get the Villa if you cook at all. This was one of the biggest reasons why I moved. They probably need to remodel them to remove the barrier wall to an open floor-plan. The neighbors/residents are outstanding. The office staff is beyond wonderful and the grounds are lovely. The appliances are very low quality and broken a lot, even the newer ones. They will fix anything that breaks though but still this can be frustrating. The washing machine destroyed a lot of my clothes and my dishwasher was new but never did not work correctly despite the claim it was the soap I was using. Some units have insect issues. Overall they will try very hard to fix anything that breaks but the units are older and the carports are too tiny for today's types of vehicles. This is a great place to live but I wanted to be very honest and real about the things that drove me crazy living here. Those things might not be deal breakers for you so do go check them out. However, see if you can get a peek inside before moving in. I just feel the rent is a bit too high for such an older complex. They also do not have any extra storage units to rent for storage if you need that service."

"This is a really good place to live. The management is decent, the grounds are kept beautiful, and each unit looks like a house inside. They were supposed to be townhomes for sale in the early 80s, but the economy crashed and they turned into rentals. Therefore they have a lot of details and amenities that your regular apartment complex just doesn't have. Examples of this are private car ports, individual laundry facilities, balconies on both the front and back of the unit, and even sky lights on a two-story units. We are happy and satisfied with how much the place costs, how well all our stuff fits in it, and how friendly and convivial all the neighborhood is. Acoma Thunderbird luxury townhomes is a safe bet for a place to live, and will not steer you wrong."
