"The only reason this place gets two stars is for the style of the apartment and for the kindness of the maintenance staff. Do not be fooled when this place claims to be luxury living. If you love piles of dog poop throughout the property, trash overflowing next to the bins, storage spaces with mice, dirty hallways, unkept patios, and a broken gate for months, then this is your place. If you like management - this is for you Sabrina - that will argue with you and deflect and claim each issue is the same among all apartments in Arizona, then this is for you. If you like the ego from the girl working the front desk claiming, "We don't know what she has to deal with ..." then this place is for you. I hate to break it to you sweetie, you are in customer service, and you will deal with issues and problems every day because, news flash, it is your job. This place claims not to raise rent but instead raises the amenity fees. Management claims that the amenity fees do not cover the problems above. I particularly loved when Sabrina found out that I was going to leave a bad review, she started to scold me and try to encourage her staff to berate over this decision. I particularly also loved that she called and left a message stating how rude it was of me and not to leave a bad review. This place boils down to poor management. I have been in management for over a decade now and not once have I argued with someone over their concerns. You listen, empathize, even if you do not agree, and let it go. You do not deflect and come up with excuses. We should have known this was going to be an overall unpleasant experience when upon move in, the apartment was filthy, not painted and so on. The bathtub had to be scrubbed. Mind you, this is luxury living. When brought to the attention of management, and Sabrina you claimed to be here at this time, all that was offered was a $5 gift card for a cleaning service to come in which was never even given. Avoid this place. You can find a MUCH nicer place with true amenities for the same price. And Sabrina, maybe you realize this isn't a cocktail hour, get out of the skimpy dress, and get out there on the property and help your maintenance team clean up the property. UPDATE: 2/15/24 - After emailing Grey Star now four times over the last several weeks, I have not heard a single response back or acknowledgement. I will be contacting the local news stations regarding the experience here."

"Summerly apartments made a strong impression during my recent visit of a friend. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of care. I had the opportunity to interact with the maintenance team, including Jorge, Marcus, and Jeremiah, and was impressed by their professionalism, speed, and courtesy. They quickly and effectively addressed a maintenance issue and left the area clean, showcasing their dedication to quality service. If I were in the market for a new residence, Summerly apartments would undoubtedly be a top consideration based on my positive experience."

"Management and maintenance staff are great. Apts well priced and spacious. Clean and safe. Great pools. Nice gym. Maintenance staff is always on point. Marcus is kind, funny, and definitely knows what he's doing. Always on time and quick service calls."

"As this was my first apartment after coming from Virginia, I loved Summerly. Dom is the man! He made my my experience away from family so much easier. He became a family member. The staff is wonderful. I miss Jen, but her new replacement is awesome. Her name is Adriana. Of course I can’t forget my maintenance crew. Ray is still amazing as is his new crew. Sabrina is still representing girl power. Although I miss living here, I am totally Loving my new home! I hope everyone has a safe and merry Christmas!"

"I recently toured the property overall tour was great, The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location is a bit far from me but will definitely keep them in mind for the future. Adriana was very helpful with information and follow up."
