"Bought a bed a month ago, Greg provided great assistance. The bed's comfort is excellent, but it arrived with a missing part, needing a return visit for fixing. My concern is the $49.00 charge for a remote with a $9k bed - seems a bit stingy. Despite this, I'm leaving a five-star review due to my satisfaction. Suggestion for corporate: include remotes with future bed purchases."

"I was surprised at the additional $149 charge for "doorstep" delivery ...and a separate $49 charge to take the old bed away. After spending over $4000k on the mattress, it seems nickel and diming for a few bucks. My mattress sales person, Greg, was competent, but a bit sneaky with the "I think I can get you this or that discount" when it turns out he could provide a $200 discount for some reason he never explained to me, but didn't produce the "insider" discount he mentioned at the beginning of our discussion. There was never a doubt that we wanted a new sleep number bed because we have been happy with 2 of them in separate homes for the past 14+ years and are convinced that they are good products...so I didn't try to negotiate or raise questions about the extra charges. Too bad it's all about the money!"

"I went into this sleep number location and was assisted by Kat. For the last month I woke up with extreme headaches. She suggested a pillow as I wasn't in the market for a bed. First night and for the first time in a month I woke up without a headache. She was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location and Kat specifically!!"
