"This was an amazing staycation. The room was huge, and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, the linens were high quality and spotless. The staff treated us as if we were old friends. It was quiet and lovely. This is an excellent hotel and we will be back."

"Plenty of parking. Easy entry. Quick check-in with a happy friendly clerk. Narrow hall way door to access ground floor rooms and elevator. Rooms were clean and ready. Comfortable beds and sitting area. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Breakfast served at 6 am in a relatively large area. Hot eggs of various styles each day. Potatoes, sausage, bacon varying. Waffle and toast or bagel. Juices of orange and apple. A decent spread which varies a little each day. A pleasant quiet stay. I will return when in the area."

"Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful, bed & pillows comfortable. My room was not a disabled classified room but still had an handle to hold on to to get in the shower. (Which I need) Everything was what I expect when I stay at a hotel. Only thing I would change which is more of an issue for me ( so no star reduction) is I wish it had “Chair height “ toilets. I was able to hold the countertop to assist me."

"We were regulars 10+ years ago. Came back for two nights. All hotels should be held to the standards they have here. Everything upgraded to the latest and greatest. Kueric coffee maker, reading & night stand lights, etc. Cleanliness is outstanding."

"Undergone a fairly recent renovation during pandemic but still issues. Phone did not work and went unrepaired after repeated (4) requests to have it fixed. This was a safety issue that went unaddressed. That is unacceptable. Thermostat also did not function correctly and it too did not get repaired after several requests. The issue was that the desk clerk wrote it down and didn't pass it along...twice (same clerk) or it got overlooked by maintenance staff. Lots of noise through the walls...an INCREDIBLE amount of noise. We actually had to be moved to a new room based on the neighbors ruckus and indirectly got a phone and thermostat that worked. I will say that Staff was appalled at the behavior of our neighbors and worked hard to get us a new room. Morning breakfast is varied and quite good and the coffee is above average. Given the number of issues we had over our 4 night stay I expected a discount (for at least Thursday evening) but was just too tired after the holiday to ask at the point we departed. I found the rates to be very expensive but it was the Thanksgiving holiday so..., All in all I think a 3 for this property is correct. My wife and I have stayed in literally hundreds of properties during our lengthy careers and this is about as middle of the road as you can get. If prices for a regular stay would be priced at $80-$100 that would be a reasonable value for the property. There are several other choices in the same area."
