"Ridiculous company. Shameful misrepresentation of themselves and property. Stay away! I had a short term lease of 90 days and after completion of that 90 days they demanded an additional month’s rents for not giving 60 days notice. Said it was in contract; I was told on short term leases this didn’t apply; rightfully so 90 days with 60 days notice is stupid."

"This has been the worst apartment living experience we've had by far. Kayla and the rest of the staff are absolutly useless. I don't know how many times we've tried to reach her and have gotten no call back. "T" who is also just as useless, answers the phones only to put ppl on hold. They could be walking in and 10 minutes later they somehow find themselves busy but only seem available when i come directly to them. I have no idea what Ts job is at this point but i know plenty who can use a job that have a better attitude. For what you have to pay to live here, it is NOT WORTH IT. The maintenance here is trash. I don't know how many times we've had leaf blowers tear up the back yard completely having zero respect for our things or vehicles. This place is crawling with insects. The walls are cheap and flimsy. We've had constant issues with another resident across the street who's dog was barking all hours of the day and night and no matter how many times we called for the sake of the poorly cared for dog. It took weeks for anyone to do anything. It was us and probably several other residents trying to feed the dog and contacting animal control. Get these people out of that office and hire new staff. People who actually know what they're doing. Kayla not to mention has lost large amounts of money that she seemed to think didn't need her sense of urgency. The amount of time it took to get our money back was absolutely ridiculous. Save your money. Don't live here."

"Beautiful apartments homes. We love living at Soleil. Very quiet and safe place we can call home. The grounds always kept clean; and an exceptional attentive and kind office staff and maintenance team. We feel very grateful to have found this place when we first moved to Arizona."

"Nothing luxurious about these apartments. Not even 2 years old and everything's falling apart. It was sold to a new management company not to long ago that's even worse than the first. I truly think whoever is running this complex now literally does not care at all. The internet is constantly out for days at a time so you conveniently cant call or email the office for updates.The ''smart home'' technology stopped working so the doorbell camera cannot be accessed and the lights can not be turned off from our phones. We haven't been able to use our pool or hot tub for whatever reason for months now with no updates. Have not seen anyone spray for bugs in months. Our yard is over grown with weeds. The ''Landscapers'' enter your yard with a leaf blower, walk around and leave. For the price of rent after all the fees for amenities and services we cant even use, its absolutely ridiculous."
