"Very nice place. Community of permanent homes and rv parking. Paved streets. Easy in and out. Check-in was quick and easy. Think we got the worst site, #40. Very tight. Rest of sites seemed wider. I would stay again. Did not see children so this might be a 55+ community."

"This is a large senior park. About 65% mobile homes and the rest RV. Lots of seasonal and semi-permanent. 15mph speed limit not observed by staff on tractor. Lots of golf carts. Rules on map say no smoking anywhere but then they have a designated smoking area behind office. Makes no sense. Wifi password doesn't work, I just used starlink. Showers work but are open bay, no privacy. Small indoor pool is ok. All the county and state parks near here were booked up. Ok priced at $50 but they charge a 3% fee to use a credit card which is rude."

"Arrived late at night and all was closed. Desperate for a night spot w electric I drove in around the 1st set of campers and asked a nice man if they had nightly rates. He kindly gave me his map of the vast park and pointed out the nightly parking where I found a few open spots w full hook up and spot dump. So convenient. It was $60 but worth it. Only 8 jets flew by at 7pm then nothing. Quiet clean and close to the city. Thank u."

"Nice, quiet RV and 55+ residential (mobile and modular) resort. Tons of activities going on almost every day. Pull-Through and Back-In RV sites. All level with full hookups. Nice here in the winter but I can see, from the bleached out units, that it probably gets pretty hot here in the summer time and there is very little green space (except for the 4 Hole Golf Course) and no mature trees for shade. Still a very nice RV Resort with lots of amenities and friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back."

"This is our third time staying at Cotton Lane. We have enjoyed everything about this park, from the kind and helpful ladies in the front office to the clean and beautiful facilities and fun filled activities! All the guests seem to be happy and friendly. Once in a while you read a review that seems to be from someone that is angry and miserable and wouldn’t be happy anywhere. I just ask that you don’t make a decision based on one. This is a great place and I highly recommend it!"
