"In 2021 my husband and I lost our home due to unfortunate circumstances. We were living in hotels for a few months because everywhere else rent was insane for our budget. We looked everywhere to find a place to call home. I’m very familiar with Avondale/ Goodyear area. We looked across the street, but again rent was insane. But we saw The Maxx! We checked it out and instantly knew this was the place to call Home! I enjoy living in a place where it’s quiet and comfortable. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Everyone here sticks to their own business. Which I enjoy. Dog friendly, although I wish we had a dog park. But nonetheless, it’s been a blessing living here. ❤️ Recommend 100%"
"I lived at The Maxx159 for about 7 months, it was such a pleasant experience. From the front office, maintenance workers and the integrity of the units it was all very enjoyable. The community has so much to offer, with a beautiful pool and 24hr amenities which are very well maintained. Raeann and Jamie at the front office are so kind and always incredibly helpful with anything you need. There is no lack of communication between them and the tenants. Chris and Caesar, with maintenance never miss a beat when it comes to lending help. Work orders get competed swiftly and efficiently. You will not regret renting with TheMaxx159."
