"I was there while paerent visited. The usually chose this hotel when they come into town. The location is nice to be off the freeway, but not close enough to hear it. The rooms are well prepped and staff seems nice enough for a visiting son."

"I stayed at the residence Inn with me and my five kids due to a domestic situation that I was going through. My total stay was for three nights however on the fourth night I decided to check out because I wasn’t sure if I had the funds to stay due to it being New Year’s Eve weekend. I l waited in the lobby for a little over an hour And inform the front desk agent that I would be waiting there and asked her if it was okay. She informed me that it was completely fine. After walking back-and-forth the manager eventually came to me and told it had been a while since I checked out and that I needed to leave if I wasn’t going to check back in. To be clear she knew I was there due to a domestic dispute and she did not care at all. She told me that I could stay if I made a reservation so I told her to make me one just in case I decided to check back in. After after she suggested that to me she walked away and came back and said that she would have to charge me now for the reservation. I informed her I just needed a few more minutes so that I could figure it all out and she told me that I would have to leave if I wasn’t going to pay right then and there. After about 20 minutes the police came to the door and asked me to leave the premises. I explain to them the situation and they patiently waited there with me trying to find me resources for me and my children and after that Took a while they waited while I called a ride to come pick me up. At that point I did have the funds to stay another night but I did not want to because I felt very uncomfortable. I was there with my six-month-old three-year-old four-year-old nine-year-old and 10-year-old. They were not jumping around they were sitting there quietly on their devices not bothering anyone. They were not loud nor disruptive. In spite me being there with my kids as a past guest and honors member I was still told to leave and the police were called on me for absolutely no reason at all so I have no choice but to believe that this was racially motivated and will be taking further action."

"As soon as we got in ,we got greeting by Kaeleah. She was friendly, kind and professional during our check in, She always was smiling and answering our questions. Rooms were clean and comfortable and equipped with stove, mini refrigerator , etc. what you need for a good long stay . I will totally stay here again ."
