"Only good thing is the apartments are Casita type buildings with no common walls. The management and property maintenance are terrible. The security gates are always malfunctioning and therefore left open leaving the property exposed. The pool is never maintained properly forcing closures due to putrid water with unsafe chemical imbalances. The people in the office have virtually no customer service skills, take no responsibility for their mistakes, and are very condescending. If you want to enjoy your place of residence and amenities you are paying for, keep looking elsewhere."
"Maintenance did an excellent job changing my air filter. I love that work orders get done promptly :) Jessica and Dawn are truly amazing and friendly! They are always professional and provided a warm welcome every time I came to the leasing office with questions. Absolutely amazing staff and I will miss living their. It was the best 2 years ever!! Thank you Jessica and Dawn for the best living experience."
"I waited until my family and I had lived here at least a year now and I’ve gotta say, we’ve absolutely loved living here! Jessica, the property manager has been wonderful to work with since day one. Her and her staff have made us feel very comfortable and have taken care of us throughout our time here. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet community to live in with good people, come check them out."
