"My first night there was decent until I woke up to use the restroom. All the water in the building apparently was cut off due to a water pipe burst at a construction site next door. I understand these things are out of their control, but the front desk gave me no explanation or answers. I didn’t even get eye contact when talking. The breakfast was just as bad as their attitudes. Sausage that tastes like it was preheated the day before. Go somewhere else"

"Tru POS. The calamity of ridiculousness is almost unbelievable yet it’s all true. First upon arrival there’s construction. You can see the normal lobby entrance is vacant and everyone is parked behind the building. When you park back there even though they have an entrance and an awning similar to the front lobby and even through you can see the front desk you have to walk around to the front because they keep all the doors locked, 24/7. When you get to your room the shower is dirty. Upon further inspection it looks like it’s some type of glue but why isn’t it clean? There’s a hole in the ceiling bubbling the paint for some unknown reason. The air conditioner is vibrating loudly. It’s loose in its opening through the wall. Later when you turn off the lights the smoke detector strobes so brightly that you think it’s lightning outside as you try to sleep. Then at 1:28am the air conditioner wakes you up with what I’m guessing is a bearing going out on the compressor. At this point there’s no way to sleep in the room. I wish this was an isolated incident but seems to be getting more common with Hilton properties."

"Nice new hotel. Rooms do not have closets or dresser to unload clothes into. Needs racks to hang towels in the bathroom."

"Upon arrival to the hotel it looked nice and new, walking in we also seemed to think it was a good choice. Getting to the room we found no bags in the trash can, food/crumbs on the floor, shower ammenity bottles were dirty and the shower/floor hadn't been cleaned properly. We decided to look over the beds and found crumbs/hair in the sheets - they weren't changed and simply just reused. After the bed issue we didn't feel good staying here, brought our issues up and was given another room. The second room did seem to be much cleaner but the whole floor including our room smelt like greasy fish. Overall was one of the worse experiences in a hotel, we will most likely not choose to stay with hilton in the future as this was the second hotel in a week that was in the chain that gave us a 1-2 star room at best."
