"I have stayed at many airbnbs and hotels… this bed and breakfast was the best experience ever. Wish I could give more stars. Slept amazing with fluffy pillows, comfortable bed, crisp linens, and the quiet of the desert. While this space seems to be off the beaten path, it is close to everything at the same time. The beautiful Estrella mountains are directly on their door step. My husband and I went exploring and hiked the mountains right out the back door. Had the mountains all for ourselves. (Attached a few pics) We had an amazing and delicious breakfast every morning (fresh sweet fruit directly from the trees on property too) and complimentary wine and beer every night. Watched the sunset from the hot tub. This place is truly a gem. The pictures on their website don’t do it justice and if they promoted on social media, this b&b would be 100% booked and unavailable. Susan and Mike are such cool people. We were so sad to go. There is absolutely nothing I would change about our stay. I can’t wait to come back."

"This was the best B&B experience I've ever had. Mark and Susan are so friendly, and they made us feel really safe. As a young traveler that is a huge plus for me. We stayed during NYE weekend for the Decadence AZ festival and it was worth every penny. On the first night of the festival we were able to walk back to our room from the festival grounds. If closeness wasn't enough of a selling-point, their amenities were accessible around the clock, complimentary wine and beer, a hot-tub, a pool table, and they had all kinds of channels on the TV. The rooftop view was amazing, and our room had a patio which we could use to enter and exit. The house and rooms are designed with great privacy and the shower in our room was massive. The complimentary breakfast was amazing; fresh fruit, fresh coffee, fresh muffins and omelets. They even asked us if we liked the ingredients they planned to use. Not only did we love the breakfast they served in the morning, but they made us breakfast burritos and sandwiches for the festival days where they knew we probably wouldn't be up by 8am, which were fantastic. The thoughtfulness and consideration they show as hosts cannot be matched by big corporate hotels. We will definitely be back next year if they aren't already fully booked!"

"Great to visit the Rockin' M Bar Ranch when I am in Phoenix. Susan and Mark are wonderful hosts, have thought of everything for your stay and are fun to hang around with during their nightly happy hours for guests. The ranch backs up to hiking trails and the beautiful Estrella Mountains. You could not find a more luxurious and relaxing place to stay!"

"My boyfriend and I spontaneously planned a last-minute trip to Phoenix for the NASCAR Championship weekend (and by spontaneous I mean we bought our tickets on a Monday then departed for Phoenix on Thursday). Right off the bat, Susan was very accommodating by helping us ensure our tickets would be mailed to the ranch and asked if we had any dietary restrictions for breakfast. Upon arrival, we were greeted and showed to our room then joined Susan and Mark for a happy hour along with the other guests once we settled in. Since we arrived after dark, it was a fun surprise to wake up to the most scenic view from our patio door — coupled with a cup of coffee made for a great start to the weekend. Mark did not disappoint when it came to preparing a gourmet breakfast, and you cannot beat fun conversation with great company over a family-style meal. The ranch was within walking distance to the track, which made for a fun adventure after race day — and convenient for those looking to get back and forth on foot. Thank you, Susan & Mark, we look forward to another stay with you soon!"
