LL Flooring

"We have purchased flooring from LL flooring prior and loved it. We have an addition that we really loved and wanted the previous flooring we had purchased. Scylla from the Mesa, AZ store new exactly the flooring we were talking about and was able to find us our flooring on the east coast. Amazing customer service, we received a follow up call from her with delivery information the very next morning. She could have very easily told us it was not available because it would have taken extra work or it wasn't out of her store but she didn't. She aimed to please the customer!!! Very much appreciated and commendable."

"This review is specifically for this location and the staff that work there. Presumably this is reflective of the company too. This is not about the flooring that I purchased as it's not been installed. The staff are OUTSTANDING. They are incredibly easy to work with. Very accommodating and nothing seems to be too much trouble. They solved every problem and answered every question quickly and without an issue. I dealt with the same few people each time and they were all knowledgeable and helpful. I would rate them hands down far better than the bog box stores. I never had to wait and they pulled up my information quickly. Even loading was fast and easy. Fast and easy, in and out, even in weekends. Great store, FANTASTIC staff. The product seems good quality and a good price. I'll add to the review once I've installed the flooring."

"Awesome pricing and great customer service at Mesa's Lumber Liquidators. We had water damage in our home. The kitchen had to be gutted and flooring throughout our entire house replaced. What a great time to upgrade from icky carpeting (seen in the attached dining room photo) to a wood floor look that wouldn't cause termite issues and would be durable enough for our two dogs. The photos show the kitchen demo after the ceramic tile was removed and then the new Engineered Vinyl installed. Our remodeler suggested we use this instead of tile. It's a smooth transition from room to room whereas different styles of flooring might have looked choppy. There's also a picture of the living room installation in progress and a close-up of the flooring itself. It is gorgeous. The team at Lumber Liquidators helped us determine the type of flooring best for us and then we spent a long time working with samples at the store to choose our color and style. They were immensely helpful. They also sent us with samples to take furniture shopping and to help in choosing new kitchen cabinets, etc. The pricing can't be beat. And we have a house full of beautiful flooring that will last for years. Highly recommend Ray and his team."
