"For the first time ever they didn't accept my husband's (dd214 military identification ) claimed it was their policy. Considering we shop there almost once a week, we know that they do accept it. It's one of the forms of military ID accepted. A bit shocked and disheartened by this."

"Gas for the car was good. But going in to the store we had to wait to get in that wasn't too good. Busy time of day. Then we had to push a heavy cart back to the back to get salt for softener only to find they didn't have the salt kind. What they have is $18 99 a bag. So then we had to push the big cart back outside. Disappointed."

"I'd rate this NO stars but it won't let you. Largest store in state with the worst customer service. No employees are willing to help here every other store I get bugged to help me. Here half hour wait in plumbing they asked over intercom 3 times and nothing. Same in electrical."
