"Bought a new refrigerator. Silver was our customer service person. She helped us find the perfect one. She was amazing. She walked us through how and when it would be delivered to explaining the warranty & showing us how much it would be to remove our old fridge. Silver helped us with getting our old fridge removed and taking away and getting our new one installed. Silver was a tremendous help. We are planning on getting a new dryer, I will definitely be asking for Silver to help us with that. She should have made commission off selling this fridge to us. We were ready to give up until she started showing us the difference between each fridge and asking us what we were looking for. I don't know if Home Depot looks at these reviews, if they do, Home Depot give Silver a raise."
"hate their "Everyone is a thief" policy !! Insulting how they lock up so many products and takes too long to find employee that isn't too busy to help only to have them walk product to check out and lock in box. takes even longer to find someone who knows where it is. Dont go to home depot if you are in a hurry !! Have to enter at one end of store only and have to exit other end of store. Not fun if you have big cart of materials. long walk."
"We went there for the kids club on Saturday. My kids enjoyed it so much. They want to go back. They always have a project that the kids can build and get their hands dirty. I really like the idea that they do this. I hope they continue."
