"The parking lot at this location is a massive trai wreck constantly. Why is half of your already under sized parking lot filled with massive water tanks and sheds? Every day I see more than one contractor with a trailer forced to park on the red curbs because the parking lot is full of fresh water holding tanks, and thousands of bags of compost on pallets. Zero reason to create this issue. Zero. Fire Marshall anyone? You basically have a massive bomb sitting in your parking lot preventing customers from parking. Good job. What the actual eff are you doing?? The parking lot is for cars, so your customers can actually shop at your store. I drive 15 min to the next home depot that doesn't have a screwed up parking lot because this is such an issue basically all day long. I make several trips to various hardware stores daily for my work."

"While the gentlemen in Electrical were quite helpful, the rest of my experience not so good. Now that wire has become so pricey it has to remain locked up, so my $40 roll of wire had to be hand carried to checkout by employee. Get to checkout, hit the need help button, after about 4 minutes an unhappy employee came to me in bad mood, I explained to her I just needed the wire that was dropped off, she goes to find it, I see her helping other people out... waited for another 5 minutes and decided to find another option (hello Amazon). If you are going to go all self checkout, please add helpers... Even better if they are nice (but I understand those are harder to find and train). This store is always busy, find another if you can."

"For the most part everyone is nice but there are a couple of lazy employees. I asked a girl if she could check if they had more trash cans with sensors because the one box that was there was empty and she said that she didn't have a phone, so I looked up and said "I think there's 2 up there and she said that she couldn't get it. So I asked if she could ask anyone else to get it and she said that the only guy that gets it is on lunch and wouldn't be back for a while and walked away. I was about to walk away and an older man was walking by and I asked him the same thing, he went to get the huge ladder thing, closed the aisle, asked us to go to the outside and brought us down 3 options. I asked if he was just on lunch and he said no and I thanked him for being so helpful. Another time I went in to get keys made, three lady who makes keys was always in a bad mood because there were 3 of us waiting around for her. When she asked for my keys I gave them to her and tried to tell her that I wanted different looking keys because it was for a store and I wanted to be able to open without struggling especially since I'm always carrying boxes and she pretty much shut me up and told me to go stand over there and pointed to where she had sent the man before me which was almost the other aisle. So she made took all of our keys and made the copies and when she was done, she gave us the keys and walked away. We were all just staring at each other of how rude she was. I didn't understand why she would be upset making keys, it's just punching numbers and shoving keys. She was acting like we were asking her to move heavy stuff for us. But there are some really nice and helpful people like Michelle at the Pro X registers"

"Jennifer is an amazing cashier. She has gone above and beyond for her customers. Always friendly, smiles and greets everyone. When it was busy she ran all over to help as best as she could. We bought a fan and soil along with other things and she assisted with everything and got the help we needed. Amazing customer service."
