"This Home Depot I consider my home store. As an owner of a construction company that serves the valley, I go to a lot of home depots, but this one for some reason is just my favorite. Parking here feels safer than some. The employees are friendly. They nearly always have what I'm looking for. It's pretty clean (unlike a few others). And it's not as crowded as some of the others."

"I ordered about $1000 worth of items including paint that was tinted. I went to the pro desk to leave it for the contractor with the home depot paint person to make sure the tinted paint made it for pickup with the order. The contractor was told upon pickup that I ordered white paint without color and sent home with it. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to rectify this and 60 minutes at Home Depot. I asked for the manager and was foisted on someone miserable and disrespectful named Kimberly, who claimed to be a "supervisor." She mistreated me verbally, insisting that I was wasting her time. I eventually got the paint back despite her incompetent and mean ministrations. I am appalled at this form of "customer service" that is so prevalent these days. My Home Depot Credit Card has been shredded and I will avoid shopping this brand name at all cost."
"Grab the tool bag and went straight to the checkout section and they had to go through the entire tool bag to make sure that nothing was stolen. Poor customer service why would I go to home Depot and spent over $100 too steal. You can honestly tell the store gets robbed a lot and they just judge you when I questioned him about this they mentioned that there's the policy to go through all bags to make sure nothing is stolen I recommend a better security since there customer service is very poor"
