"Sold me a faulty bike pump and now I get to walk over a mile home because they sell you faulty tools. Was quick to refund and didn’t seem sympathetic in the slightest. I called and asked if they had the mini hand pumps they claimed they had three available. I get here to find no hand pumps only foot pumps. Thanks for ruining my night."
"I found the level of employee engagement to be harassing. I was in the store for 20 minutes looking at different rubber pieces I could modify for use on a 65 year old car restoration project. I had 5 different employees ask me if I needed help, the last one being the store manager. I stated that I was frustrated that 5 employees had asked me if I needed help, and the manager lied stating there was only 3 employees working. I counted 1 male and 3 other female employees on my way out of the store."
