"This location has supplied my paints for the last couple of years and not only do I get high quality paint (I can directly compare with Behr and Benjamin Moore) I have always received great service and expert advice. In this last visit, I was pleasantly surprised by a small toddler table with coloring paper, crayons, and markers. My two littles were able to color while I picked out the paint color for the hallway. Sherwin Williams also keeps a record of the last 7 years so if you forgot the name of paint you’ve purchased and need more, they can tell you."
"I went into this location to purchase paint & brushes for a home project. I spent about 5 minutes looking for what I needed. There were 3 employees sitting at a table in the back room. Although they saw me, none acknowledged my presence or offered help. There was a "help wanted" sign outside the store. Now I know why! This store needs someone with customer experience and work ethic. I see no compelling reason to return to a store that doesn't appear to care if it has customers, or not! Paying people to sit on their butts and doing nothing for customers seems pretty counterproductive. I get better service at the "Big Box" stores."
