"If I could give a 1 I would. I’m a manager and would never provide the service that I was provided today. I took my daughter to buy a few things with a credit she had from a return and because my husband her dad wasn’t there with his ID from the return they wouldn’t let her use it. The worst service ever. We stood in a line for 30 mins from the back of the store to be treated so rude by Melissa the manager. I will never spend another cent at this joke!"

"I went in today to make a return and the The person at the jewelry dept. Salpi W. was extremely rude. (Every time I go she’s always been rude) I told her that I needed to return a necklace because I didn’t like how it looked on me. She stared questioning me about my return, which I didn’t pay much attention to it at first until she didn’t want to return it because I didn’t have my card with me. She said “you don’t have your card with you?” In a questioning tone that made me feel uncomfortable, when I asked her if I could get cash back or a store credit she refused and made up excuses on how she couldn’t do that because then she would have to put it as me not having my receipt? It made no sense since I worked at tj maxx before in the jewelry dept. when I asked her if I could speak to her manager she got a gentleman who was also very confused at the fact that she didn’t want to let me make the return, he then took it to his manager who approved my return and even then salpi kept on trying to tell him to not let me make the return with the excuses of my bank not clearing the transaction yet? I’m sorry but what? I didn’t know making a simple return would cause such a big issue and make me feel discriminated! I’m really greatful for the manager as well as the gentleman who was there to make my return at the end."
