"My son and I went to the optical department to shop for new frames. We looked for at least fifteen minutes and none of the ladies working there (who were standing around complaining about the last customer) even bothered to acknowledge us. When a Caucasian woman approached, they immediately asked if she needed assistance. The Hispanic gentleman was the only one assisting a customer- and as soon as he was done with them, he came over, apologized for the wait, and helped us. He was lovely and even gave us a free cleaning cloth. Hopefully contacting corporate will bring this issue to light- because every human deserves to feel valued and to be treated fairly."

"If you're going to open a place that huge. Find a way to hire more people. Technology is available to guide you when your busy times are and then you hire people to work during those times so that I don't have to wait in mine for an hour because you don't have enough people. Wendy's was talking about surge pricing for busy times. OK then I think Costco should try that. But for every minute I have to wait in line, I should be getting a discount. One of the longest reviews, I've left in a while, but you earned it. No, as far as cleanliness, very clean. The staff were polite and helpful. Went here to get a battery. I got what I paid 4 minus the excruciatingly. Long time. I have to wait to do it."
