"Regular home goods shopper here. Tried to return something from a few months back. They made me feel like an really dumb repeating that it was from a few months ago and said they would not take it back. Looks like they should go read the return policy. A manager with light grey hair a little past her shoulders refused to take it back. "After 30 day, you receive store credit" right on their company page.! Bad and unprofessional service. Your not Nordstroms for peat sake! Learn your own companies rules and try being civil."

"I love the merchandise I bought but the service was awful. I bought a large pot and was having difficulty lifting it to the check out and asked if the cord would stretch and the clerk just gave me a disgusted look so I did my best to lift it out. Then she informed me that I had to check out the holiday things separate from the regular item. That was fine. I bought two very fragile picture frames and a sequined table runner. She slammed the pictures frames on top of each other and when I grabbed one and said, I would rather have them wrapped separately so that they didn’t break she looked at me like I was nuts. Then she flopped the sequined table runner on the counter. Luckily nothing tore off. Then she asked me a question and because I am hard of Hearing and she had a giant wad of gum in her mouth, I didn’t understand and asked her to repeat herself. Again, she acted like I was some kind of an anomaly. I RARELY give poor reviews and will not mention her name but it will be a long time before I shop at the Queen Creek HomeGoods again."

"Always an adventure as new stock added every day. Especially fun when seasonal displays fall/winter decorations are out. Surprisingly large pet section of treats and toys. Affordable home decor in latest styles and colors. Can be crowded, try to pick a weekday if possible. Usually a wait to check out. Only two cashiers on my last visit. You need patience, this is not a pop in and pop out store."

"My first time here. This is a happy place for women. There are so many selections of items foe decorating the house. I was surprised! The clearance section has great selections as well. And if you're going to open a credi card, you'll have 10% off of your entire purchase. Not sure if husbands would be happy when their wives visit this place because it's easy to get your credit card get over scratched up."
