"The women who work here are some of the rudest employees I’ve ever met . The things that the older worker was announcing over speaker was disgusting! How can a manager allow such a nasty employee to work there . The prices are the exact same as store price if not more . Definitely will be avoiding this location ."
"Just wanted to share my wife's terrible experience with Goodwill. She's in tears right now. She finnally found the perfect dresser and was so excited, she called and texted me right away. This was on a Thursday evening. I couldn't pick it up until Saturday. She asked Isaac who worked there and even Emily the store manager if it would be okay if I came down on Saturday to pick it up. They assured her that they would hold it and that they typically hold items for 48 hours. Well I went down on Saturday waited 30 minutes in the drop off line. They went to go look for the dresser and couldn't find it. I went inside and talked to Emily. She went into the back and double check to see if the dresser was there. Come to find out they had sold it to a another person. My wife and I just couldn't believe it! After months for searching for a dresser like this only to find out that it was sold to somebody else, she broke down in tears. So Goodbye Goodwill, hello Deseret Industries. Cannot express how disappointed I am in Isaac, Emily, and the Goodwill team. Not feeling a lot of Goodwill."
