"I love how kind the employees are! I have never had a bad experience. It's nice to have a place to go and feel comfortable in my skin. With that being said, I have found the clothes (including bras) are good for a 2-3 time wear. Everything falls apart. Buttons, seams, wires from bras, jewelry, etc. I don't understand how a company can charge so much for items that are so poorly made. I'm making this comment after years if shopping with Torrid. I literally spend so much here when really, Target had a good plus size section qnd accept returns longer and are priced well. I hope the quality changes."

"Usually don't have anything bad to say about this location. I'm usually very pleased with them, however I purchased 2 bras last week on Friday got home with them to find out the cups were to small. Went back the same day to find out they had closed early. I tried to go to the store today to exchange them and still closed....and will be closed until Saturday. I'm currently having to wear a bra with a broken wire poking me because i can't into the store to exchange the ones I have."

"I was in the store for about 20 minutes and made multiple laps of the store and not a single associate assisted me or spoke a word to me. I ended up leaving and drove to the San Tan location to happily spend my money with people who acted like I existed. After a handful of less that decent customer service experiences from this location, I'm content with saying I won't be back to Queen Creek. For the price we are paying for your clothing, I would think even saying hello isn't asking too much."

"Literally the only place in Queen Creek that has pants in tall sizes. I bought a wonderful pair of work pants, and then they ordered 2 additional pairs of pants for me since they were out of stock that day. They still applied my instore discount coupons and gave the option to have the pants delivered to my home of pick up at the store. Very pleased with the fit and length of pants available!!!"
