"Ok look the store is awesome a little expensive but you get what you pay for. My problem came when I didn't have the size for the hat I wanted. Th gentleman said to just try it on and that is how I would see if it fits. Then the two employees laughed when I was repulsed by everyone trying on the same hat. I don't know is it me?"
"I visited this shop tonight and was met with the most unprofessional employees I've ever seen. The entire time they were cussing loudly and shouting at each other in front of customers. They didn't come around and ask if anyone needed help. They loudly conversed with each other with me only feet away that they wanted me to leave and they wanted to go home. For transparency, I came in at 8:10 PM and left at 8:30 PM (they closed at 9 PM). They stated that they didn't care about cleaning up the store and were going to leave as soon as the store closed. Disgusting behavior the entire time and the owners/managers should be embarrassed."
"If I could give it - stars I would they don’t even deserve one. I returned three of the five items on my receipt today and they were refusing to give me back my original receipt saying they needed to keep it even though there were two items still valid on the receipt. The manager yells across the store that I don’t need to make a big deal about it it’s their policy to keep all receipts. It’s also your policy that you must have a receipt for a return. Make up your mind and try to be more professional when dealing with customers."
"Looks like a decent amount of clothing apparel that can be seen by literally window shopping, but what are the hours? Closed on a Sunday at 10 a.m. apparently? Please post your business hours!"
