"The girl working the return counter at 11 am on March 16th was incredibly rude. She made angry faces at me during every encounter (my online order wasn't in the right box and I couldn't find it anywhere) and verbally mimicked me when I was struggling with two small children and upset that I was being held up to pick up my oldest. I had to leave the store having paid for clothes I didn't get. Abby was nice though and a cashier at the front was as well. I hope she doesn't continue to work in customer service. That was so unprofessional."

"Customer service was perfect. I checked my own things out, and the beautiful young lady was so pleasant and helpful."

"They don’t offer to curbside pickup, even thought it was advertised when I ordered my products online. I had to take my three tired toddlers inside and figure out where to go. The first associate told me to go to customer service. Once there the next associate checked me in, then told me to go to the opposite side of the store and pick up my product. Finally was able to pick up HALF of my order because the other half wasn’t ready. Not sure why this location is still in business. The staff don’t know what they’re doing and the service is just plain bad. Won’t be coming back."

"Nice store, friendly employees. They do Amazon returns, which was surprising but convenient. Also a wide selection of items with great pricing. We were looking for she Disneyland tees for the family and found plenty of options as well as a large variety of fun graphic tees for $10."

"Don't shop here often but came in for some last minute gifts. Like the variety of things you can buy from clothes to house items and even now to electronics. Isles were clean considering it was Christmas Eve, staff were every where so you were able to get help of needed. Their plus size department is lacking, not only in selections but in style, which is saddening. Great selection on pants/jean sizes for men. Seems like Khols has more of a focus on female juniors than anything else."
