"I've been shopping at this Staples for awhile now. Everyone is professional and have had the best customer experiences! I had an issue with a defective HP ink cartridge ( 2 ink cartridge package). I returned to the store and told the manager (Scott) about my dilemma. He quickly swapped out the defective cartridge with a new one within a few mins with a smile! Thank you for the great service!"

I also used staples to get a ton of different printing projects done for my business, and they are consistently helpful and fast! Jim in the copy center is the BEST! He is so smart, and he really knows his way around all of the machines! He’s also just wonderfully warm and friendly. I grew up in a small town, and it’s amazing to me that a big chain store can feel like a small hometown store thanks to the genuine and kind nature of the employees. I love knowing that I’m in good hands when I show up there. I literally never write reviews, but I had to come on and show my gratitude.
