"Maintenence lady is a nightmare. She watches everything you do and tows visitors cars the first day as well as harasses visitors in the parking lot like she security. Very big britches on that one. I wouldnt recommend staying here unless you like being surveyed and harassed....and dont you dare have a visitor with a vehicle!"
"Place is where my sister lives here in Boise, Idaho it's a little over a year old. They have low income assistance here, but the restrictions on heating are ridiculous in my opinion couldn't believe how cold it was and the fan wouldn't shut off blowing cool air only."
"it's a very nice place maintenance could be a little nicer though less nit picky, I also noticed the neighbors that live above me could be a little more quiet I got woke up 6 to 9 times. Just a good peice of advice keep your noise level down at night please there are other people living here."
