SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boise West/Eagle

"I have stayed here 4 or 5 times over that length of years for a large regional (multi state swim meet). The rooms are exceptional. It’s close enough to the aquatic facility you can walk there. The staff is wonderful and everything about our stay every time is consistently wonderful."

"We spent a couple nights here on our way out and back to Kennewick Washington. It was nice and on par with other similar Marriott properties where we have stayed. The best part was the breakfast bar. They have all the usual hotel breakfast options but also some classier and healthier options like a very nice oatmeal bar and crustless quiche. We really like Springhill Suites for a reasonably priced option when we travel and want to have to option to eat in and have breakfast available."

"I have stayed at this hotel many times, and this was the first time I was greatly disappointed. We had our grandchildren with us for a 2 night stay, expecting to use the indoor "heated" pool for their evening/morning entertainment. The pool was FREEZING and so was the pool room. There was no notification either at the front desk or on-line that this was a problem, or we would have booked elsewhere. Very disappointed with this."

"Great experience. Only downside is that I took my two littles to the pool, but it was FREEZING. I mean, I didn't expect it to be warm or anything in January, but surely, it could have been a bit more reasonable. Our planned 90 min pool stay was maybe 20 minutes tops. Was a bummer. Also, no jacuzzi / hot tub. At least it was warm getting out of the pool, I suppose. Overall though, a great experience."

"An amazing deal, room, service, environment (indoor pool, gym, breakfast included, parking, etc). I was very surprised by all this hotel offers. Starting with the welcoming service. Too much to mention. One particular feature I loved were the high ceilings in my room (1st floor)."
