"I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this bestwestern hotel as I received excellent care and attention. However, I encountered a problem with my credit card being charged instead of my gift card. Fortunately, Angel, the front desk attendant, promptly and professionally resolved the issue. Angel's outstanding customer service abilities deserve recognition and appreciation from management. Her professionalism and empathy set a high standard for others to follow."

"The shower in our suite had black stuff around the caulking. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t mold. It needs attention.. The smells in the corridors were of heavy perfume.Had to cover my nose. Room non smoking was not perfumed. Thank you, we will come back Diane"

"They have a new GM! and she is lovely! I think her name is Lyla. I really wanted to tell her she helped me out so much but I did not get a chance. There was a problem with my reservation and the front desk person was very kind but was not making my situation any easier, they went and asked her what could be done, and I would just like to say she was a super hero that day and she started a trail of good fortune for us afterwards. Thank you sweet lady for all you did to make sure my family and I were taken care of. she was a bit confused with the system but i bet the next time I come she will be a pro. She knows what hospitality is! The room was great and the breakfast shocked us it was very abundant. Good Job Best Western for having such a great staff at this location."

"This is my go to hotel when I come to town, which is about twice a month with 3-5 day stays. Each time has been pleasant, the rooms have been clean, the staff is great. This trip I managed to book last minute so I am surprised I was able to get in. When I got here, Kim Hale went above and beyond. I travel with a lot of gear that I have to haul in and out with me so a specific room helps a ton. Kim was able to ensure I could get in to the room I needed. I think she has some very good karma stored up. She is so pleasant and professional and makes you feel like you are the only customer here when she is taking care of you. This is why I will continue to return!"

Excellent communication, guest services, clean facility and rooms, comfortable beds, nice pool/hot tub/workout area. Great location. Delicious hot cookies in the evening and fantastic breakfast and coffee. We will stay here again. Great for families and single travelers."
