"Being living here for a few months and the leasing staff and maintenance have been nothing but accommodating. From leasing understanding a hardship and work out an agreement to make a payment to Carter, one of the maintenance staff always answering the phone about an issue and resolving it right away. He keeps up with shoveling snow down to wellness checks on leaks and other issues that might occur during weather. It finally is nice to live somewhere where you’re treated like a human being rather than some tenant you expect money from."
