"The District was built on a water table. Because of this, the flooring glue did not set properly and wet glue seeps up through the floor. This ruins rugs, clothes, etc. Management does not offer reasonable solutions and does not work well with tenants. I would not recommend living here."

"WET GLUE! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The District displays a complete lack of compassion and regard for their tenants. The complex was built on a water table, which has caused the glue used for flooring to never solidify. It is now seeping through the floorboards and ruining furniture, clothing, etc. This has been an ongoing issue in multiple apartments that the complex has failed to address. No realistic solution or financial compensation has been offered. The District simply does not care for its tenants and their belongings."

"Nice staff. Cool amenities. You can always find coffee and cookies at the clubhouse during business hours. Management also host community events which is a great way to meet the staff and neighbors. :)"

"Lived in a 1 bedroom w/ garage for 1.5 years here, recently moved out. Apartments were nice, staff were very helpful, and general community is excellent. Great location near the river for walks and close to downtown. Pool & gym amenities were nice. You pay in rent for the quality, but I’d say it was worth it. Some stuff maintenance wise wasn’t quite right when I moved in, but it was promptly fixed and I had no other issues for the entirety of my residence. Would recommend this complex for people who want a garage, fun community, or value walkability or biking access."
