Reviews
"Nice, feels like home"
"Normally I don't take time to write out reviews, but feel inclined to warn whoever I can to NOT rent from here/Table rock. I have been in property management myself for years and cannot believe how awful this company is. I moved out of the apartment in August, 2022, and paid everything I owed in full to them 30 days later like was stated in their paperwork. I receive an email today 5 MONTHS LATER of a "revised" move out dispo that includes $472 of attorney fees???? They had sent me over to the attorney for eviction in July 2022 BY MISTAKE (rent had been paid) and this was resolved at that time with both the attorney and Morgan (the new manager) and they reversed their mistake. And now I have a $472 bill after my account has been closed out with them, for a mistake they made on their end. Be careful if you live here. They will do whatever they can to take all that you have. I promise there are better apartments and companies to live with."
"I've been living in the Alderbury Cove apartments for nearly 2 years. The bonuses to living here are the large square footage of my apartment, the all included appliances (except Microwave), the personal parking space (from what I hear this is not the same on the Towne Square side), and the onsite dog park. There's also the ample closet space, and the porch storage that helps me keep my place looking nice with things out of the way. Maintenance has assisted with the few things I've needed in a timely manor, and I've never had issues with my neighbors. As for the downsides, there are a few but not enough to warrant lower than a 4 star review. The appliances are out of the late 80's and early 90's, and could use an update, but mostly work fine with the odd hiccup here and there. They remind me of the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it", but seriously though, my dryer has a timed dial and a start button only lol. The apartment is all Electric, so bills are simple, but tend to skyrocket in the winter in excess of +$100 over the summer months. Rent is separate from sewer/water, trash, etc. so be sure to know your expected monthly total before committing (also sewer/water is split with your building, with limits based on renter #'s in the apartment). Finally, the amount of water used in the sprinkler system is often overdone, and regularly turns the lawn outside into a swamp. I've seen it run 3-4 different times during the evening/night last summer which sucked only because I often got caught outside with my dog as the sprinklers shot on. This is one of the key reasons the dog park has turned into mostly dirt; but that's just an annoyance because of tracked in mud and such. Overall I recommend this location as I've had no issues with management at all, and enjoy the community that I've become apart of. The only thing that would make this place better in my book is if it had a pool :)."
"My fiance and I moved in here in September and even though things were a little rocky at first we LOVE it here. Their apartments are beautiful and well kept and they are the most pet friendly place I've ever been to. And their maintenance team, amazing! Any time I had a problem their maintenance was at my apartment either the same day or at least within the same week. I highly recommend staying here."
"My name is Ryan Perez and I am a tenant currently waiting to move into a new home. When i went to put in my notice ( because my wife fell and broke her leg while pregnant and we live in the second story apartment ) we were treated with disrespect and asked to speak to a manager. His name is Phil. He was out of the office for 2 days and finally came in so we met with him. As soon as we came in , he told us he was upset he was contacted on his day off. He also blamed us for being rude to his employees when it was the other way around. He didnt want to hear what we had to say. I told him he can speak to our attorney, his response was "you cant even afford an attorney!" I then told him you are right my boss can and has offered it because of the situation. He then used vulgarity and told me " you and your b@!ch can get out of my office then" He then procceded to call me a punk and flipped me off as we drove away. NEVER rent from here, AND NEVER DEAL WITH A MAN NAMED PHIL. He disrepected me and my wife and insulted both of us with vulgarity in front of our two children. POOR MANAGEMENT AND COLD HEARTED DO NOT RENT!!!"
