"Have visited friends here a few times and it’s a cute place to be at. Plenty of parking, apartments are clean, area is central location.."
"Not sure what everyone else is complaining about on here, but for the price the amenities here are pretty good."
"I first applied in November the middle of November 2022. It took roughly 2 weeks to get accepted and was finally able to move in one of the final days of November. I was given 3 months free rent as they were promoting. It wasn't until February I had noticed they took a month off of my concession. I kindly called and let the manager know what happened and I was told they would look into it. Later on I was told that it was a clerical error made by the previous team and they couldn't give me that money back. I went back and fourth with management for about a week. Even though the concession amount was clearly stated in the lease I was refused to get my concession back. I finally had no other choice but to send a final message saying I have no other choice but to take representation to seek and recover all damages. About 30 minutes later that 1 month rent was refunded into my account. That clearly shows who is in the right. At the end of March I transferred units because of a water leak coming from the bathroom. I finally got settled in and in August I noticed the same thing happening, water was dripping through our electrical onto the stairs. The same issue had happened again. I had the maintenance guy look at it and he was a good help. He told me it is a common issue in these apartment due to the contractor making a error. So unfortunately I had to leave again. This time I was given two options. I could either find a temporary place to stay for 2-4 weeks and they would credit the days we were gone but not help cover where I would have to stay or I could choose to leave the complex with no fee to break my lease. Unfortunately, with a dog finding a temporary place to stay would be hard. So I had to find another place. Obviously, that's not easy because that means a new deposit, new fees for applying and all the moving time and costs. I asked if we would get any sort of compensation to help us with this being that this is the second time it's happened. We were told no and we would just get the deposit, pet fee and and any prorated rent. I didn't even get halfway into either of my leases before I had to leave for apartment issues. Also, the entire time I lived their they had no "On Site Coffee Shop and Wine Bar" and the "Shimmering Pool and Spa" was never opened for the summer. To me those are the biggest amenities and I never had access to them. Today is day 21 of being moved out of the complex and I still have not received my deposit back. I got sent my move-out statement a little over 2 weeks ago. Idaho states that you must have your deposit back within 21 days so I reached out. I got a responds today (day 21) that my refund check was processed today and with get sent out today or tomorrow. So it took over 2 weeks after processing my move out to cut the check. This was a horrible apartment experience and the issues wouldn't end all the way up until the end of my time there."
"Don’t let the small deposit and a month of free rent fool you. While the office staff was decent and friendly, there is also a few issues. You can’t park two vehicles here. (Registered and insured, as well as good working order). I have also gotten hounded for having a car cover on my vehicle. They told me it makes the place look “trashy” and that I’ll need to remove it, even tho it’s not in my lease. I am expected to take the cover off when the owner gets here, even though there is nothing in my lease stating that. The apartments are incredibly small, with no oven unit, and it has two mini fridges as your refrigerator unit. The microwave oven is decent. The bathroom is nice, but my water was wired in backwards (the cold indicator means the water gets hot when it’s on that setting and so forth). Understand that you are living right between the freeway and a Lowe’s and Walmart. The trucks unload at anytime, so expect quite a bit of noise. Since this was a converted motel, some shipping options have not recognized this as a residential address and will not allow you to put this address. Not much storage space, no closet unless you want to pay an extra 200 a month. The ac units work well and the blinds are sturdy. The grass and plants are well maintained, and the office is clean and smells nice. Regardless, I don’t plan on staying here for about lease term as almost 1200 a month for a small, noisy place isn’t worth it. There are better apartments out there that will treat you better, and actually have a livable amount of space."
