"The apartment is ok, kinda beaten up when I moved in. And the neighbors are fine I rarely ever see them. But the management of the place is god awful."

"I know this is not exclusive to this complex but with this complex we experienced it firsthand and it is disappointing none the less. My mom lived in this apartment complex for nearly 6 years. At the latest time of her living there (2020) her rent cost for a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment was around $700. Then in 2021 a new owner took over and jacked the rent up by over double in less than a year, forcing many tenants as well as my mom to relocate to new areas. I know times are hard and many landlords are having to increase rent prices to keep up with the increasing cost of living, but at the time of me posting this, the exact apartment my mom lives in goes for over $1300. This was the same cost as when my mom had to move out, and to increase rent by $600 in a matter of months is insane. I would suggest finding another apartment complex that gradually increases rent."

"Living here was fine until this new table rock company took over. They immediately raised rent by $200 without any changes to the complex and pretty much forced us into signing a new 12 month lease unless we could either pay a mtm rate at an extra $200/month or find a new place to live in 14 days. And now they have increased rent again so if we were to renew our lease it would be at least another $300/month. That’s an increase of $500 in the last 5 months and all they have done for us so far is some yard work. They are draining us of our money and don’t care in the slightest. These people aren’t human. All they care about is money and they manage most complexes in Boise so they essentially control the price of rent throughout Boise. Good luck to anyone looking to live in Boise right now I suggest you look elsewhere."

"We have always had very positive interactions with the resident apartment managers. They've always been very prompt with responding to our requests and more than willing to accommodate us. Our apartment has always been well cared for by them, and seems to be well-maintained, we haven't had any major issues come up. Routine maintenance is done swiftly and we are always kept apprised of details. Repairs have also always been quick and done well. Neighbors and neighborhood are quiet even when school is in, and it's close to the greenbelt, which is lovely. Definitely recommend this complex!"
