"The staff is great and the neighbors have been awesome. The parking is an issue though seems to not be enough spots and I've ended up parking on the otherside of the complex. Could be better."

"Telluride apartments have been great for me thus far. This review is more about the maintenance and the person who runs it. I haven't had many issues at all, but the small honey-do's that have been necessary were taken care of promptly with flexibility and organization by the Maintenance person Elver. He is such a nice guy, knows his stuff well, and is always out and about cleaning, fixing, shoveling, or whatever else is necessary in the complex. That has to be a very interesting position, only really consisting dealing with issues and complaints, and he handles it all with professionalism and a smile on his face. In my experience at other places I have lived, that is not always the case. Kudos to EZ! Dude needs a raise!"

"We have been renting various apartments in the last 6 years and this is the best experience that we ever had with the leasing team. April helped us to have a smooth move in & out. After moving here, we purchased our first new home and April helped us with the smoothest move out. I’ve never seen any leasing team that gave us a smooth move-out. Everywhere we lived in the past, we had to pay various additional charges on top of the deposit (even though how well we maintained/handover the apartment) but April understood the situation, recognized how well we maintained/handed over the apartment, and gave us the full refund which I’ve ever NOT seen in my life. The apartment units contain more room, a bike storage, a swimming pool, a kid's play area & all grocery stores are close by. My kids would have loved it more if a hot tub was available. I recommend this place and the leasing team which provides a great living experience. Thank you once again to April & team!"
