"Overall I think I get a lot for the rent I pay. I use my own Washer/Dryer but Water, Wifi Sewer & Trash included in rent. My upstairs balcony view sits looking right at the stream and ducks and geese up front, facing the office which is a beautiful building. The staff is nice enough. When the balcony and building renovations are complete it will look really nice again. My Husky loves her balcony view too!"

"It went well for the first year. Older apartments. Mitch matched appliances. The fee’s? Administrative? One for original lease, one for a pet lease? $200 each? $400 total? They keep! Even with me cleaning, painting, shampooing and disinfecting and moving out early. I was charged for a sanitation fee? I used Clorox products even on the floor. They kept some of my deposit. The gal in the office I think Shantel, the newer one was extremely rude and unprofessional. Lied to her manager often causing undue drama. I was a simple quiet tenant and left the place in their words ‘great condition, which was rare’. I was very disappointed in how my vacate was handled. Lack of communication and clarification. Even a no show for my final walk-thru. Unbelievable! Would not recommend this location due to unprofessional, dishonest communication."

"I am so glad I no longer live there! The apartments are small, dated and have appliances that are decades old. There is an ant problem and the landlord should fix it. I hired a lady to clean my place every two weeks, kept it spotless and still had to buy all sorts of things to control the ant issue. When I moved in, the flimsy aluminum mini blinds covering the door that leads to pati was bent and mangled and they are attempting to charge me $45 upon move out to replace . They are also attempting to charge me over $400 to replace the carpeting in the bedroom that badly needed replacing when I moved in. I will be contacting all appropriate agencies to report them! Do yourself a favor and do NOT live at this dump!"

"I really like this apartment complex. It's a nice and quiet area to live in. The maintenance guys tend to the needs of our places. Making sure things are running well. The agents are awesome! Shaina is wonderful! She has helped me with everything I needed for my apartment. I recommend all to come see her and the rest of the staff and consider living good at the Carriage Crossing apartments!"

"I recently moved into an apartment here at Carriage Crossing apartments and I have nothing but good to say. The community here is for the most part quiet. It's a diverse and wonderful community where people seem always friendly when you cross them, and the grounds seem well taken care of. The process of me moving into the apartment here was smooth, and the person (Cashmere) who showed me my apartment was kind and very thorough when going over the state of the apartment at move in. The internet included with the apartments is nice and stress free. And more than speedy enough for my needs. And I have such a quality view of a little pond that has constantly had ducks. Ducklings, and today a heron that was hanging around. Many mornings this far I have opened my blinds with my morning coffee to enjoy the serenity of the animals at the pond. The location is nice, and within minutes of Downtown Boise and it's various sites. I cannot recommend this complex more."
