"After two frustrating years at Huntington, it’s clear they don’t deserve tenants. The apartment is old and lacks basic noise isolation; I could hear everything from downstairs neighbors snoring to conversations. Despite merely walking around, I received constant complaints about noise from the management, who were not just rude but utterly irresponsible in addressing any issues. Their lack of action and courtesy made living there unbearable. It's disappointing and extremely stressful to deal with such management, making me feel unwelcome in my own home. They don’t deserve anyone’s time or money with this kind of attitude and service."

"Quiet,, comfortable complex offering great amenities (the pool is gorgeous and well-maintained), convenient location with mature shade trees along logger creek, and top-notch maintenance with attentive management! I am impressed with the snow removal during this past month!"

"We’re about to move out and upsize but this complex has been great for the year we’ve been here. If we ever had questions or issues they were quick to respond and were always very friendly. They had bbq’s to kick off the summer and provided popsicles in a freezer for the tenants which was really sweet of them. Overall it’s been a good experience!(:"

"The apartment was absolutely amazing. I was very modern and enjoyed the decorations. I felt safe in the environment which was key for me being a young lady traveling alone. I used the place mainly for the bed since I was gone all day but it was super comfy. I definitely will book again when I'm back in Boise!"

"The property is cute and the apartments are adorable. It is a great part of town as well. Moving can be stressful, but we received SO much help along the way. Stephen Binger helped us- he made the moving experience stress free and seamless, responded quickly when we needed assistance, and was personable. Loved working with him, and we are glad he is on staff!"
