"I am saddened to share that I spoke with the community manager today and he was very clear that they do not allow for individuals to use savings account holdings to meet the income requirement. This is the first time I've ever heard of such a policy which appears rather discriminatory against those that are retired and only have an income of savings. When I brought up the discriminatory nature of this policy, the community manager communicated more than once to me that he was not concerned with such action being of a discriminatory nature."
