"After 2 months of searching for a new complex to call home, we finally found thus wonderful property. The Retreat at Silvercloud is absolutely amazing, the maintenance staff as well as Allie, Alicia, and Sandy are absolutely the best! The property itself is beautiful, the townhome that we have is amazing, and the garage ACTUALLY fits two cars. I usually wait to post a review after several months to see if the experience changes, however this was not the case and everything is still as perfect about the property as when we moved in! Thank you so much for letting us call this property our home!"

"I've rented from several apartment complexes across multiple states in my lifetime, and Retreat at Silvercloud is by far the best! The apartments are gorgeous and extremely well-designed. It's obvious that the internal layout of the apartments were thought through, because everything about them is well-designed for the comfort of the residents. The difference between Retreat at Silvercloud and the places I've rented from previously is absolutely night-and-day. In addition to the apartments themselves, the property as a whole is beautifully laid out! The amenities (pool, hot tub, and gym) are awesome as well. And finally, the staff are incredible! Alicia B., the assistant manager, took care of us from the moment we called up the office to schedule a tour all the way through move-in, and beyond. The property management staff is extremely easy to get a hold of, and it's clear that they truly care about their residents. This complex is such a gem, and I feel really grateful to have found this place. I never want to leave! (P.S. I'm not receiving any incentives to write this positive review. "I have lived here over 2 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I am 76 years of age and they have been most gracious to me in words and actions. Two years ago, I searched almost all the apartments in the Boise area. Silver creek was one of my last, so it made my decision so easy as I was able to compare. I hope to stay here as long as I can. Today I have requested help in moving from the third floor to the first. They are so accommodating in helping me make this happen. Lastly, this location and several others are owned by one man. His goal is to be there for all his tenants and he has certainly made that happen. His Admin staff and service staff are outstanding. I now understand why most of the time there are no vacancy’s and today there is only 1 for now. Don’t bypass Silvercloud if your looking for a great place to live as you will be making a big mistake. "I had lived here for roughly six or so years, two years in the one bedroom apartment and four years in the two bedroom apartment in different buildings. The location is always kept in good shape, super dog friendly, the maintenance crew is always fast to resolve issues, well lit at night, after hours security. They worked with us over COVID to help make things easier, their on-site office staff are always incredibly helpful. This has been a great place to live for us, I would definitely recommend it."
