"I was visiting at these apartments this morning. I am disappointed at how loud the noise was coming from the apartment above. you could hear them talking, walking and the dog barking the entire time. It was absolutely the most annoying visit ever. We had to leave and go to a coffee shop to continue out conversation. I don't feel that this is fair to the people paying monthly rent. The floors and walls need to be updated or something. The police even showed up due to the neighbors complaining.. The officer stood in the apartment and stated that he could NEVER live with that noise going on all day. It is not acceptable. This is also not far for people who actually work for a living and need to sleep. I don't think dogs should be allowed in an apartment complex, when they bark all day and night long!!"
