"Edit in response to reply from company: You know that feeling when you get away from a horrible toxic situation and then months after you finally found the way to move on and move forward with your life the toxic situation decides to pop back into your life sending you into a spiral of panic and anxiety attacks? That's what seeing their response pop up on my review felt like. Trying to save face and pretend like they aren't corrupt and doing illegal things. Looking forward to the day when a tenant has the emotional energy to sue and get some justice for everyone who has ever had to deal with this company. We moved into this complex shortly after it was built. It had so much potential, but we quickly learned that the building was done very poorly and it wasn't cleaned before we moved in. We also learned very quickly that the management company has horrible communication and are extremely unprofessional. After asking too many questions they didn't know how to answer, I was cut off from the call and told I wasn't allowed to contact them again other than to pay my rent and send requests through the portal. They let anyone and everyone move into this complex which turned into an actual dump. Police were there regularly and the noise from all of the neighbors was a joke. After submitting numerous complaints, I was told that I was lying and had never submitted a complaint and that my complaints were untrue, etc. I have never wanted out of a place faster than here and if you want your deposit back, you may as well be dreaming. The management company uses their own cleaning company and charges you four times the amount and landlords/management companies aren't even supposed to be charging for normal wear and tear. Pay attention to the reviews and do not move in here. It will be the absolute worst experience you will ever have."
"Where do I begin? This place ropes you in with their $99 move-in special that they've had going on since they first started renting because they can't keep a tenant to save their lives. DO NOT DO IT. They dont spray for bugs so if you're on the bottom floor in the summer ants are insane and you're on your own. The walls are so thin you can hear anything anyone above, and around you is doing. There's no proper turn in on state street to get in here so if you're going the wrong way you basically have to break the law to turn in one way OR slow down to turning speed while everyone behind you is going 45mph+. The owner is an absolute crook and terrible person who will hang up on you if she doesn't like the questions you're asking regarding her joke of a lease. Will act like she has no idea why you're calling her when her phone number is posted everywhere for you to call. Even if you clean your space, patch the walls, and make sure not to leave anything behind, they will KEEP YOUR ENTIRE $1000 DEPOSIT and to add insult to injury CHARGE YOU MORE. It's no wonder they can't keep anyone for longer than their initial lease. The only thing that was remotely positive was when their maintenance manager was running the apt office, now they have ladies in there that are just as arrogant as the owner Tricia. Such a joke of a company DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE (or from Realty Asset Management EVER). UPDATE: In response to their reply: I never submitted a BBB complaint, myself, so it's odd that they mention it in my review. Hopefully, in addition to responding to a handful or two of tenants' bad reviews in hopes of reeling more people in to their property, they actually turn their customer service and tricky practices around. I still stand by my comments about Tricia, there are multiple accounts of her hanging up on people or other businesses mid-phonecall. Best of luck to prospective renters."
"Overall a great place to live. It’s pretty quiet except for the cars during the day off state. But you live further back it’s not a big deal. The property manager though is the only reason we have stayed. They are amazing people and have been very helpful for us when we needed them. There great people to work with and they keep up on there property."
"Horrible customer service from the OWNER of this company. No wonder they have a 2.1 rating. Trish was rude, short and hung up on me TWICE while I was only trying to ask a few questions….. what kind of customer service is that? With all the other properties around this area, stay clear of this one."
"Where do I begin. we didn't have insulation for 6 months during the winter (paying extra for our power bill) the air doesn't work correctly to the bedroom or the bathroom. the neighbor across from us had swat brake into his apartment, making having to leave till they were done cause "if shots go off, they will go right through these walls." inspection every month for 6 months for no reason. just overall NOT WORTH THE PRICE (not to mention for rent FOR A 1 BEDROOM, utilities, garage and everything else needed its $1900. JUST NO!"
