"I really wish I could give zero stars. This management company is a joke. They never answer their phones, they set their closing time super early as to not help with anything most times(4 pm-it was 5 pm before), not open on weekends as to help those who work late Monday through Friday, and on top of all this, they are always raising the rent unreasonably while doing nothing different in the way of what matters. Appliances are from early 2000’s and not reliable. Super small kitchens leave no space to cook, or store food. No room for plates, bowls, and other food ware really at all. Cramped living for a high monthly rent. But there’s nowhere else to live due to other places being even worse. Also, I’ve had multiple issues in my unit with them doing shoddy jobs of “fixing” things. We’ve had a leak on our ceiling for a while now that has mold all over it, and they refuse to fix it. Last time they came by they said they didn’t have to repaint or redo the ceiling at all. They refuse to do basic things."

"I’ve been living in the Keeneland Park townhomes for over two years now and have nothing bad to say about them. When comparing them to other complexes of the same quality their prices are more than fair! They have the friendliest staff that are always willing to help people out when they are in need. Their maintenance staff is very helpful as well. Any issue I have in my home gets resolved quickly and is done right. I would highly recommended Keeneland Park as your next home!"

"I’ve lived here for 3 years and love it! The ladies in the office are always extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. I’ve gone through some financial hardships recently and they were so wonderful in working with me. Since I’ve been here, I’ve only had a couple of maintenance issues with my garbage disposal and water heater and the maintenance team had both fixed the same day. If you’re looking for a place, Keeneland Park is it! And bonus for having neighbors who have turned into some great lifelong friends!"

"Lived here for a year, and it was a great experience! The management staff was always readily available for issues, the maintenance staff was always prompt with fixing issues in the place. If i wasn't moving out of area i 100% would be renwing a lease."
