"Don't listen to the negative reviews I mean it. This rental agency goes above and beyond. It's beautiful and safe here. Super close to so many medical offices, businesses, restaurants, etc. Rent is actually affordable for the area. Yes it's higher than years ago but everything costs more. The front desk people are so kind and do so much for us residents. Fees aren't really what people say. We have a wonderful clubhouse with a movie theater, gym, pool, spa, and grilling area. Just pay your rent, communicate, don't do illegal stuff, and you're good to go. I love this apartment complex and the people who work here. I plan to stay here until I eventually move into an owned house. Another cool thing, they bring baked goods and stuff for holidays! Not to mention the gift wrapping station. I love The Renaissance at Hobble Creek, it has saved me from living in bad conditions."

"If you plan to visit someone who lives here, please know there is ZERO guest parking. We thought uncovered area and no marked apartment number meant guest parking. Boy were we wrong. $150 to take off the boot of the car just for being there for 2 hours. I would never rent from this place knowing that people could never visit me without worrying where they would have to park."

"Renaissance deserves four and half stars. I moved from downtown December of '19. I love the fact that there is a clean pool & spa for the residents to use. I took advantage of the pool this summer. There is also exercise room which could use a stationary bike. The office staff & maintenance staff is on top of all issues which s a blessing. The office will host different events for residents. No loud parting happen ofter at all. I really enjoy living at The Renaissance."

"Do you like drug addict neighbors with dogs that stay up until 7am playing video games and being loud this is your place. Do you like appliances from the 80's? How about office people that get you into an apartment and then never help you again? Do you want to fight over parking? This is the worst apartment we have ever lived in. Literally live anywhere else. And don't expect your deposit back. You've been warned."

"We enjoyed living at Renaissance. The open floor plan, spacious apartments, and lots of windows lets in natural light. Kitchen is on the small side with not much counter, cabinet space but it is do-able. The pool and spa were very nice and we used them frequently! Staff was always a pleasure to deal with too. Wish I had a Renaissance in my new location!"
