"Rescued a woman and her children from an abusive situation in this complex. People have been renting out bedrooms and even couches... Example: 5 adults and 6 children in a 2 bedroom apartment. In this unit the bathroom door is punched out...the place is filthy. The management looks the other way..."
"Let me tell you between Mike and James this place has become a great place to live. I moved in here in 2018 and it was completely terrible but then those two came in and they have been so amazing and helpful in every way. They always go above and beyond. These two are definitely people you want to be working this complex."
"My boyfriend and his uncle live at this complex. The area is very nice, close to the mall and the freeway but that is all I like about it. The management were nice when they both did the walk through but after they both moved in they are a hit and a miss sometimes. We mentioned multiple maintenance issues mainly regarding minor things, the window screen was torn, bathroom handle doesn't turn or lock, the shower has such low pressure, the sink was leaking, the dishwasher leaked, the back door wouldn't open smoothly. Just please look at EVERYTHING when you do a walk through. My boyfriend also mentions quite often about how noisy his neighbors are and he is on the 3rd story."
"Have you ever seen a passenger train hit a mountain at full speed? That’s what’s it like to live here… I would not recommend buying a train ticket. If you are still on the fence about living here let me give you a quick snapshot of all of the fun you will have. I have had the privilege of living here when it was still owned by Greystar. They did a very mediocre job but they were friendly and would respond within a month or so if IF the situation was dire. Dire meaning your building caught on fire or there was a gas explosion. Given enough time they would eventually get around to contacting you. Now you will be greeted (1% you will ever see anyone working in the office) by a new crack team under a new owner. Some of their strengths include but are not limited to: 1. In office stealth 2. Avoiding contact with tenants 3. Ignoring work orders 4. Neglecting landscaping 5. Screwing up rent payments 6. Giving no notice of entry (this is actually a blessing in disguise because at the very least you will get to speak with them) 7. Keeping advertised amenities closed So far so good right? Parking is my favorite aspect of the lodge. It’s really been a pleasure never having guests over past 3pm. I do not have an official count but my guess is there is about 10-15 total visitor spots. Park anywhere else even temporarily and you will have a wheel lock for about $100 to get removed. The company they employ to monitor the lot is the exact opposite from management. Not only are they responsive… they are also easy to locate since they patrol the lot 24/7 just waiting like a hungry predator for its next meal. They are rude and uncaring which makes them a great fit at the lodge. Expect to have your rent raised whenever they feel like it as well! This is THE WORST place you could possibly choose to live. It’s so bad it’s actually humorous! Even if the lodge place is hundreds of dollars per month cheaper believe me you do not want to live here."
"would not recommend living here. the quality isn’t the same as they advertise, there is never anywhere to park after 8pm and why advertise that you have a pool if you aren’t even going to open it. that is the only reason that i decided to live here. they are nonstop raising the rent while the buildings are quite literally falling apart, and still aren’t letting anyone use a single amenity. not to mention the grass is completely dead. it is embarrassing to live here and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."
