The director Mike uses company time and money to bribe city officials as he is trying to run for city council as well as mayor of caldwell. In 2023 company went $200,000 over budget on tools but had nothing to show for.it. also employees steel from the company constantly."

"Caldwell Housing Authority is a set of many apartments for low income families. Many of the apartments are old Military Bunkers. There is a park and a store there for the residents. It's poorly maintained and old. Many of the walls are made of cement. My ex mother-in-law lives here and I visit her often. It's a roof over your head. Cameras all over and you have to have a parking permit to park."
