"Do not rent here!! Next to a very busy road. Major insect issues that the property manager ignores (pictures are from one day!) $75 per maintenance visit even for the essentials they are legally required to maintain. Maintenance man is nice but not skilled, has failed to fix multiple issues. Water issues are common and the water is shut off without proper notification (apparently an email is considered enough. That was a fun night. Ended up with dirt in our toilet tank.) They do not care about noise complaints. Multiple (presumed) drug dealers live in the complex. Multiple (confirmed) gang affiliates live in the complex. They WILL charge you for everything they think they can get away with, including late rent fees when rent is paid on time (they blame the bank, but it's obviously bookkeeping.) This is a place to be avoided at all costs. Trust me, I made that mistake!"
