"This property has the worst property manager that you could possibly ever encounter. Do yourself a favor and never rent from this property. My brother was renting here and passed away. Not even 2 days had passed since his death before the property manager began harassing my sister in law, trying to force her out of the property. I witnessed the manager unlawfully enter the property to speak with her about moving out even though there is a large deposit that had been paid when my brother moved in($1,400.00) plus the rent had been paid in full for the month. She made several attempts in regards to working with him. He has been nothing but unreasonable including manually shutting the power off on the outside breaker... again like I said before... even though he was paid and the rent was current. The manager kept making false claims about my brothers wife. Including admitting to me over the phone that he didn’t know that the statements were not true and that he was just going off of what he had heard about her at that point in time. Now he has served her with a 3 day notice to vacate. He has no intentions of returning the deposit even though he is the one who has broken the contract by unlawfully entering the property just as one example. I myself have rented out a property that I owned and can’t even imagine treating my tenants like this. It’s unfortunate that people like this are allowed to be property managers. I would rate this property with zero stars but unfortunately it is not an option."
