"I moved here in 2017 & it was ok. Not anymore. They now require 4 inspections a year. I'm not allowed to use my balcony the way I want to. I can't have hardly anything except a chair & a small table. I'm not even allowed to have a broom or snow shovel leaning near my door. The least little thing & I get a letter. If they want showcase apartments, then they need to stop renting them out. I pay my rent & should be able to live the way I want to. If you live here & want a screen door you have to buy it yourself. If you move, you have leave it & you won't be reimbursed for the cost of the door. It's not worth wasting $300 on a door that you can't take with you."
"Very outdated, walls and ceilings are paper thin so prepare for 0 silence, constant dog barking, hearing every footstep above you like elephants. Should be torn down. Fancy stuff."
